Rooftop Bar Overlooking Houston Skyline

Above EaDo’s iconic East Village (also a Course CG build) sits our latest project; a rooftop bar called Sunset, which boasts a stunning view of the downtown Central Business District’s skyline. Taking about four months from start to finish, the project required raising the rooftop’s floor, using hurricane-proof pallets that allow rainwater to drain through. The Course CG team completed extensive duct work on the 2nd floor walk-up and installed custom-finished bar tops in the interior. Customers can order at the bar or at the window outside, all while enjoying local music and art.
